David has more than 35 years in marketing and communications and has earned a stellar reputation. He has won numerous awards including those from PR News and the Public Relations Society of America. David has a people-first approach with a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives by unleashing the power of integrated campaigns.
Prior to launching Imagine Productions, David was VP, North American Public Relations, for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. He managed a four-person staff and outside agency while interacting daily with the C-Suite executive team and leadership of franchise companies in the U.S., Canada and 46 other countries around the globe. He was responsible for all internal and external communication, cause marketing, MarCom, sponsorships and partnerships, including leading Coldwell Banker’s leadership in the Smart Home space.
He has experience in the television industry serving as the first public relations director for start-up CN8, The Comcast Network, a regional network which served 3.5 million homes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
David also spent time at DVC, a NJ-based promotions agency, and has extensive experience in sports with positions at The Big East Conference, Seton Hall University and the Northeast Conference. He also served as Director of Public Affairs at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City.
David is the author of the 2002 baseball book, The Hit Men and the Kid Who Batted Ninth, and founded the Sports Broadcasting Camp.
David is a noted public speaker who has long been recognized for his collaborative approach and strategic thinking.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
VP, Strategy & Execution
Melissa is a seasoned marketing and communications professional and has led teams across a number of industries including healthcare, higher ed, real estate and franchising.
Formerly the head of U.S. Marketing and Communications for IVI-RMA Global, the largest infertility organization in the world, Melissa oversaw initiatives focused on driving growth for the network including marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, social media and internal communications.
During her time with Realogy, the nation’s largest real estate services corporation, Melissa led efforts to enhance brand awareness and elevate perception with a particular focus on C-suite thought leadership programs.
While at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, she spearheaded a variety of projects to build the school’s brand with both internal and external audiences. This also included serving as counselor and ghost writer for the Dean during an extended crisis communications period.
Her most memorable job was with The Seeing Eye, a non-profit organization dedicated to breeding, raising and training dogs to guide people who are blind.
Melissa has also taught college courses on public relations, integrated communications, marketing and media at Rutgers University and William Paterson University.
A graduate of Douglass College/Rutgers University, Melissa received her master’s degree in Communications from William Paterson University.
Jill has 25 years of experience in public relations and writing. She spent 10 years working in agency and corporate public relations, with a concentration in writing, media relations and event planning over a variety of industries.
She has been a freelance writer since 2001, and has crafted public relations pieces in the healthcare, retail, arts & crafts and restaurant industries. Jill has also written extensive online content for Skyword and Constant Content, utilizing keywords that allow clients to maximize their SEO strategy.
Jill has written for the website Care.com on topics including real estate, medicine, education and various lifestyle topics.
Jill has taught public relations, writing and other communication topics at Montclair State University since 2002. She has also taught at Fairleigh Dickinson University and several community colleges.
Jill is a graduate of Penn State University with a Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Lead Media Relations
Ross has mare than 25 years of experience in communications, public relations, strategic media relations, and marketing. He brings a wealth of leadership in creating and implementing effective publicity programs that resonate with a wide-range range of audiences.
He launched KBERG Media in 2013 where he selectively partners with brands, companies, boutiques, communications agencies, start-ups, and organizations across all sectors and categories.
Prior to launching the company, Ross spent more than four years as a Supervisor, Senior Media Specialist at Catalyst Public Relations. He served as the lead media relations strategist on integrated marketing programs for the likes of DICK's Sporting Goods, SUBWAY Restaurants, TIMEX and Purina.
He previously held a similar role at Taylor Public Relations where his clients included MasterCard, Staples, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Diageo.
Ross is a graduate of Dickinson College
Danny has joined Imagine Productions in a full-time role after graduating from Rutgers University where he earned a degree in Communication and Media Studies.
Danny previously interned with Imagine Productions.
Elijah is a senior at Rutgers University and he is pursuing a degree in Communications and minoring in Digital Communications, Information, and Media.
Digital Media Advisor
Matt founded My BFF Social Media, an agency that specializes in digital advertising, social media marketing, web development and SEO.
He is the former global director of PR and social media for the CENTURY 21 Real Estate brand where he built the brand's social media presence from the beginning into the category leader. He directed the brand’s efforts through two consecutive Super Bowl ad campaigns, setting metric goals for engagement, reach and website traffic while working with individual brokerages on how to utilize social media to drive business goals.
He previously served in communications roles with NRT, one of the nation's largest real estate brokerages, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In collaboration with Sleek Machine, he co-developed the digital drumbeat concept and pioneered its use earning 14 major marketing awards, including a Gold Andy Award, Gold One Show Pencil and a Webby Award for the brand.
Matt is involved in several community-based charities including Habitat for Humanity and 412 Food Rescue.
He is a graduate of Clarion University and earned a Masters from the University of Phoenix.
