David has more than 30 years in marketing and communications and has earned a stellar reputation. He has won numerous awards including those from PR News and the Public Relations Society of America. David has a people-first approach with a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives by unleashing the power of integrated campaigns.
Prior to launching Imagine Productions, David was VP, North American Public Relations, for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. He managed a four-person staff and outside agency while interacting daily with the C-Suite executive team and leadership of franchise companies in the U.S., Canada and 46 other countries around the globe. He was responsible for all internal and external communication, cause marketing, MarCom, sponsorships and partnerships, including leading Coldwell Banker’s leadership in the Smart Home space.
He has experience in the television industry serving as the first public relations director for start-up CN8, The Comcast Network, a regional network which served 3.5 million homes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
David also spent time at DVC, a NJ-based promotions agency, and has extensive experience in sports with positions at The Big East Conference, Seton Hall University and the Northeast Conference. He also served as Director of Public Affairs at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City.
David is the author of the 2002 baseball book, The Hit Men and the Kid Who Batted Ninth, and founded the Chris Carrino & Tim Capstraw Sports Broadcasting Camp.
David is a noted public speaker who has long been recognized for his collaborative approach and strategic thinking.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Andreas is the co-founder of TK Interactive and a proven leader in the digital marketing arena. Along with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, his firm's clients include the Wyndham Hotel Group, Comcast, QVC and the NFL.
He was at the forefront of online marketing and video integration and his company has mastered web site design and development, business lead & sales generation applications and intranets. TK Interactive, while creating online destinations, also provides media buying, online and offline advertising capabilities including award-winning social programs.
Andreas got his start in the traditional advertising space at such firms as Bozell, Poppe Tyson and Y&R before founding his own firms Kinesis and TK Partners, in 2001. Kinesis, an online marketing firm, was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2008 and Andreas stayed with the company until 2013. He then founded Convidence in 2014 and merged it with TK Partners in 2016 to create TK Interactive.
Andreas has served as an adjunct professor at Drew University and Fairleigh Dicksinson University.
He earned his undergraduate and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Pat is a fixture in the New Jersey media landscape. He has won Emmys as a broadcaster, run cable TV networks, directed programming and marketing departments and produced everything from live NFL telecasts to commercials and corporate marketing videos.
Following a distinguished on-air career as a sports anchor at New Jersey Network where he was named the NJ Sportscaster of the Year nine times, Pat moved behind the camera and launched CN8, Comcast’s regional cable network while directing the network’s branding and promotions department.
He then took a leadership position and grew The Racing Network where he directed the production staff in addition to being responsible for all channel marketing efforts.
Pat launched his own Shamrock Communications in 1996 and guided its growth to becoming one of New Jersey's leading digital video production services companies.
With years of experience understanding and navigating the New Jersey corporate environment, Shamrock Communications continues to demonstrate success in producing professional corporate communications, sales presentations, broadcast and cable commercials, corporate video, industrial video, or time sensitive and critical medical and training communications.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Jill has 25 years of experience in public relations and writing. She spent 10 years working in agency and corporate public relations, with a concentration in writing, media relations and event planning over a variety of industries.
She has been a freelance writer since 2001, and has crafted public relations pieces in the healthcare, retail, arts & crafts and restaurant industries. Jill has also written extensive online content for Skyword and Constant Content, utilizing keywords that allow clients to maximize their SEO strategy.
Jill has written for the website Care.com on topics including real estate, medicine, education and various lifestyle topics.
Jill has taught public relations, writing and other communication topics at Montclair State University since 2002. She has also taught at Fairleigh Dickinson University and several community colleges.
Jill is a graduate of Penn State University with a Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Lead Strategic Consultant
Melissa is a seasoned marketing and communications professional and has led teams across a number of industries including healthcare, higher education, real estate and franchising, garnering many awards along the way.
Formerly the head of U.S. Marketing and Communications for IVI-RMA Global, the largest infertility organization in the world, Melissa oversaw initiatives focused on driving growth for the network including marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, social media and internal communications.
During her time with Realogy, the nation’s largest real estate services corporation, Melissa led efforts to enhance brand awareness and elevate perception with a particular focus on C-suite thought leadership programs.
While at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, she spearheaded a variety of projects to build the school’s brand with both internal and external audiences. This also included serving as counselor and ghost writer for the Dean during an extended crisis communications period.
Over the course of her career, her most memorable job was with The Seeing Eye, a non-profit organization dedicated to breeding, raising and training dogs to guide people who are blind. She was honored to host actress and animal activist Betty White on a tour of the breeding facility where they cuddled 7-week old puppies with a special purpose.
Melissa has also spent many years in the classroom, teaching college courses on public relations, integrated communications, marketing and media at Rutgers University and William Paterson University. She has lent her expertise to several industry publications, outlining how to leverage communication theory to achieve business objectives.
A graduate of Douglass College/Rutgers University, Melissa received her master’s degree in Communications from William Paterson University.

Mark is an accomplished strategic communications professional with nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in corporate communications at Fortune 500 companies with multi-brand portfolios.
For more than 12 years, Mark served as senior vice president of corporate communications for Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a leading global real estate franchisor and residential brokerage operator. He reported directly to the CFO and worked closely with the CEO and other executive officers in an advisory capacity. During this time, he managed Realogy’s business communications through a number of significant organizational changes, including two IPOs, an LBO and the largest recession ever to hit the U.S. housing market.
Previously, he served as vice president of communications for Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD), a Fortune 100 firm with diversified businesses spanning real estate, hotel and timeshare, car rental and travel services.
His career also includes eight years in communications leadership roles at top-tier higher educational institutions including Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Princeton University.
Mark’s communications expertise covers a broad spectrum – ranging from corporate reputation management, executive communications, thought leadership, speech writing, financial and investor communications, media strategy, branding and crisis communications to internal, digital and social communications designed to enhance employee engagement.
He is a graduate of Cornell University.

Ross has mare than 25 years of experience in communications, public relations, strategic media relations, and marketing. He brings a wealth of leadership in creating and implementing effective publicity programs that resonate with a wide-range range of audiences.
He launched KBERG Media in 2013 where he selectively partners with brands, companies, boutiques, communications agencies, start-ups, and organizations across all sectors and categories.
Prior to launching the company, Ross spend more than four years as a Supervisor, Senior Media Specialist at Catalyst Public Relations. He served as the lead media relations strategist on integrated marketing programs for the likes of DICK's Sporting Goods, SUBWAY Restaurants, TIMEX and Purina.
He previously held a similar role at Taylor where his clients included MasterCard, Staples, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Diageo.
Ross has cultivated and maintained key relationships with high-level national media throughout North America and understands the complexity of what journalists need to develop compelling, timely stories
Ross is a graduate of Dickinson College
